Respect my Authoritah!

Ever since the beginning of my student career, I have considered some authority figures to be overly opressive. people who tried to teach me what to think not how to think. I grew tierd of the instruction & tedious work, & so I resisted, I talked back, I did whatever I could to make the class interesting again! until one day i read a book called the Voice of Knowledge, authored by Don Miguel Ruiz that book made me realize the power that came with a silent spirit & an atentive ear. From then on I decided to listen whenever some one was speaking, I didnt want to miss a thing. the more & more I practiced I was able to awaken to the fact that people mean more than what they say, that its imparative we exercise the right to our opinion as long as we respect others opinions aswell ,. I do not believe in blindly obiding by the rules of others only unless it is necessary. I think its dangerous when society as a whole is rewarded based on how obedient we are. Trust me we can be so much more, find your own path blaze your own trail. but always, always listen, life requires the upmost attention.
