1. My big question is: what are the benefits of living a plant based lifestyle, what are the effects of being a meateater.
2. During the break i got to see real life buffalo they are huge herbavores, they can be 6'5", weigh up to 2000 pounds & can run up to 40 miles an hour , these animals disprove the misconception that you need to eat meat, to grow big, its not the amount of the protien its the quality.
3. The conection i see is that of fahrenheit 451 how montag questions the norm of conformative thinking, & how many people are asleep to an unfortunate truth.
4. Next i plan on trying to go vegan for atleast a week.
TIP: For your vegan week make sure you get all your macros and you might feel pretty drowsy at first b/c of your diet change, other than that you're body and mind will feel great.👍
